YEMEN – The Houthi movement in Yemen captured a government building in the port city of Aden, the AFP news agency reports, citing security forces.
Gunmen loyal to the southern transitional council demanding secession on Sunday stormed government and military headquarters in Aden, the “interim capital” of southern Yemen, a Yemeni security source and local media reported.
Several people were killed and injured as armed groups fought each other in the southern Yemeni city of Aden, medical staff at hospitals in the city said.
