US-led coalition, SDF and ISIS finally reached ‘a deal’ in Syria’s Raqqa — monitor

Syria’s Raqqa totally free from Islamic State (IS, ISIS/ISIL) group — terrorists left the city, monitor said on Saturday. All Syrian fighters of the Islamic State group have left the jihadists’ one-time bastion of Raqqa and preparations are under way for foreign combatants to leave, a monitor said Saturday.

On Friday the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received information from Knowledgeable and independent sources confirming reaching a deal between the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces in one hand; and the “Islamic State” organization in the other hand, and the deal stated the exit of the remaining members of the Islamic State out of Raqqa city.

“The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights confirms that this agreement has happened, and confirms that all the Syrian members were gotten out already, and if some members remained until now it is because they are of the non-Syrian nationalities of whom the French Intelligence objects getting them out of Raqqa city, where the French Intelligence considers that some of those involved in Paris Attack are present inside the city, if the International Coalition or the Syria Democratic Forces wanted to state that they have nothing to do with this deal then the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights calls them to provide pictures of the 400 ISIS members and the hundreds of the civilian families remaining within Raqqa city, some of whom were gotten out as a result of this deal and were showed as if they were fleeing from the “Islamic State” organization, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that there are buses now inside the city to transport the remaining members and their families out of Raqqa city,” observatory said.
