During the bilateral consultations with South Korea, the US announced its readiness to apply the full range of military capabilities in case of acts of aggression on the part of the DPRK, the State Department said.
The next round of the Council of the Advanced Deterrence Strategy of the United States and South Korea was held on January 17 in Washington.
“The United States has confirmed its firm and unshakable willingness to apply the full range of military capabilities to contain potential acts of aggression by the DPRK,” the State Department said.
