UNITED STATES – The US Treasury Department is actively working to prepare sanctions against the oligarchs and the Russian leadership. This was stated on Wednesday by the US Treasury Secretary Stephen Mnuchin.
“We are actively working on Russian sanctions,” Mnuchin said.
At the same time, he specified that the Ministry of Finance is developing such restrictive measures concerning oligarchs and “leaders of the government” of Russia, and the US State Department – affecting the defense and industrial sector of Russia and its special services.
