United Arab Emirates donates 10 mln USD to fight cholera in Yemen

The UAE has donated 10 million U.S. dollars to the World Health Organization to support its efforts in fighting cholera in Yemen, reported state news agency WAM citing a senior official of the United Arab Emirates to have said on Thursday.

The announcement was made by UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum during a meeting in Marmoum with Director-General of WHO Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus.
