Terrorists shelling Russian Embassy in Syria

The Russian Embassy in Syrian Damascus at 10:35 local time was subjected to mortar shelling by terrorists, one shell fell into the outer enclosure adjacent to the residential complex.

This was reported in the Russian Foreign Ministry.

As a result of the attack, the wall of the building of the Russian diplomatic mission, the power lines and the water supply system were damaged.

None of the embassy staff was injured.

“There are no casualties among the embassy staff,” Russian Tass quoted a message from the Foreign Ministry.

As it was reported, on the eve of the terrorists shelled the central regions of Damascus from mortars.

As a result of the explosion of the car in the residential quarter of Mazze 86, two people were killed.
