SOUTH AFRICA – The ruling African National Congress (ANC) gave President Jacob Zuma 48 hours to resign on Monday after an eight-hour meeting of the ruling party’s leadership, the South African Broadcasting Corporation reported, as cited by Reuters.

The leader of the party, Cyril Ramaphosa, left the meeting of the national executive committee and went to the Zuma headquarters in central Pretoria to deliver the message personally, the agency said, quoting sources.
