Ankara continues to strengthen its forces in the border state of Hattai, a move that could be a prelude to launching a military operation against the Kurdish factions in northern Syria.

The agency “Anatolia” reports on Monday the arrival of Turkish reinforcements, including 24 armored vehicles to transport soldiers in addition to an electronic jamming to the area of reinforcements.

Turkish border guards patrolled around the clock with armored vehicles along the border of Afrin under the predominantly Kurdish “Syrian Democratic Forces” in the countryside of Aleppo, north of Syria, the agency quoted military sources as saying.

According to “Anatolia” that the Turkish army has erected barricades and ditch at some points near the border, pointing to the rising smoke over the area of Nasriya of Afrin.

It should be noted that the Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, announced today that the Turkish army has completed its reinforcements to comb the areas of Afrin and Manbj of Kurdish militants, stressing the possibility of launching the process at any moment.

As a team of observers monitored developments in northern Syria, the Turkish army deployed new reinforcements in Hatay, including Kipri armored vehicles and a few trailer trucks.

This crowd coincides with news of the Syrian Free Army’s “Free Syrian Army” mobilizing its fighters in the “Euphrates Shield” and supplying them with 122mm Howitzer guns in preparation for the attack on Afrin.
