Pentagon did not agree that the US Air Force is interfering with the fight against the IS

The Pentagon did not agree with the statement of the Ministry of Defense of Russia that American aviation is interfering with the fight against the “Islamic state”, Russian media reports.

“The US coalition, not Russia or the Syrian regime, is the only force that has made significant progress in the fight against the IG. Such statements are incorrect, “the ministry said.

Earlier, the Defense Ministry said that the US Air Force was trying to interfere with the destruction of IS fighters.
