“In March and April, Israeli authorities arrested 905 Palestinians from the West Bank and the Gaza Strip , including 133 minors and 23 women,” the document said.

For decades, Israel and Palestine have tense relations. Palestinians seek diplomatic recognition of their state including the West Bank with East Jerusalem partly occupied by Israel and the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli government refuses to recognize Palestine as an independent political and diplomatic entity and builds settlements in the areas it controls despite the objections of the UN.
