Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that the US is creating alternative authorities in Syria.
According to him, this fact “absolutely contradicts their own obligations, under which they have repeatedly signed, including in the UN Security Council, on adherence to the territorial integrity of Syria.”
The minister summarized that this is typical for modern American diplomacy.
Previously, Lavrov noted that the interaction between Russia and the United States on Syria prevented the creation of a terrorist caliphate in the country.
