Labor: We may have to call for another no-confidence vote for the May government

UNITED STATES (VOP TODAY NEWS) — A time may come for the party to call for another no-confidence vote for Prime Minister Theresa May’s government, Emily Thornberry, a foreign policy spokeswoman for Britain’s opposition Labor Party, said on Sunday.

The May government survived a no-confidence vote in January the day after it rejected its agreement to leave the EU for the first time. The British parliament rejected the deal twice thereafter.

“We’ll see,” Thornberry told Sky News in response to a question about her party’s bid for another no-confidence vote. I mean, it seems clear that the time we need to call for another vote of no confidence may come.”
