Defense One analysts simulated a situation in which a nuclear strike would be caused in Hawaii. For this they armed themselves with the Nukemap program.

The publication “chose” 200-kiloton charge and virtually dropped it over Honolulu – the capital of the state, in which about 400 thousand people live.

Calculations show that 158 thousand people will instantly die as a result of the explosion, and 173 thousand will be injured.

Among other things, 30 hospitals and 150 educational institutions will be destroyed.

Earlier, the state authorities spread a false message about the missile threat.
