Israeli soldier killed and two others wounded

UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON (VOP TODAY NEWS) —

In a bomb blast near the West Bank city of Ramallah, a young Israeli soldier was killed while two other settlers were wounded, Israeli sources said.

According to Palestinian news agency Safa, the explosion occurred near the Dolev settlement west of Ramallah. As a result of this explosion, Israeli security forces went to the scene. The inhabitants of this colony were asked to stay at home.

“The homemade bomb was thrown from a vehicle. This incident took place this morning,” wrote Yediot Aharonot.

The wounded were helicoptered to a hospital and Israeli agents blocked the entrances and exits of the area to track down the perpetrators.

Reacting to this anti-occupation operation, Hamas political bureau chairman Ismail Haniyeh warned that the anti-Israeli operations west of Ramallah are indeed a message to the Israelis, warning them not to approach of Qods, which he considered a real powder keg.

“We have constantly warned Israeli leaders entering the electoral arena who are trying to attack our historical right. The West Bank is a volcano that would erupt in case of any attempt about Qods,” Haniyeh warned.
