Israeli army: monitoring the launching of two rockets from the Gaza Strip towards Tel Aviv

UNITED STATES (VOP TODAY NEWS) — The Israeli army said on Thursday that sirens sounded in Tel Aviv after two rockets were fired from the Gaza Strip towards the city.

The Israeli army added that the Iron Dome system had intercepted one of the rockets.

Our correspondent in Gaza said that Hamas had evacuated the security centers in the Gaza Strip afterwards.

The Israeli news agency Ma’an quoted Israeli sources as saying that the sirens sounded in Tel Aviv and Gush Dan, and explosions were heard.

Palestinian sources said that three rockets were fired from Gaza towards Tel Aviv, and at least one was shot down.
