YEMEN (VOP TODAY NEWS) — The group called on the United Nations on Saturday to press the Saudi-led coalition to implement the Hodeidah deal, Al-Masirah television reported, quoting the political bureau of Yemen’s al-Houthi group.

A Reuters witness said the Houthis had begun withdrawing from the Salif port in Hodeidah under a UN-sponsored agreement.

Al-Houthi said Saudi-led forces should take similar steps.

“This unilateral step reflects our keenness and seriousness to implement the Stockholm agreement and we are keen on making all peace efforts and achieving security and stability succeed” after four years of fighting in Yemen.
