UNITED STATES (VOP TODAY NEWS) — Israeli TV channel 13 reported that Tel-Aviv was seeking a new war against Lebanon.
Israeli television channel 13, however, qualified his statement, saying that the Israeli army was afraid of engaging in a land war with Lebanon and that no war could be waged without a land force.
Chain 13 added, “Hezbollah has a great military power. Compared to 2006, he has increased his military capabilities.”
Israeli television quoted General Isaac Brik: “The Israeli army can not enter an effective war for the simple reason that it is not ready for it. The Israeli military has no morale and our deterrent force has diminished.”
In addition, Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Sheikh Naim Qassem met with UN Special Coordinator for Lebanon Yann Kubis. This meeting apparently angered several leaders of the Zionist regime.
The Israeli rage reached its peak when Kubis wrote on his Twitter page: “I am very grateful to have had serious discussions on various issues with Sheikh Naim Qassem, from whom I have also received a book. which reading is indispensable for me.”
It was then that the Israeli army also published the following tweet: “The reading of resolution 1701 is indispensable too.”
The Times of Israel website also published an article entitled “Israel was shocked by the meeting between the UN representative and the Hezbollah leader.”
The website quoted Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman as saying: “We were shocked and disappointed by this interview Kubis had with someone threatening Israel, Lebanon and the region. We do not need to read Naim Qassem’s book.”
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Kubis was the Slovak Minister for Foreign Affairs.
