Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that if the situation with the DPRK turns into military action, the first victims will be Japan and South Korea. He also noted the “provocative behavior” of the United States, reported Russian media.
American colleagues, according to Lavrov, are trying to “drag the Japanese and South Koreans in the same direction,” and they will be the first victims of a military conflict on the Korean peninsula.
Lavrov stressed that Moscow condemns the “nuclear missile” adventures of Pyongyang.
The last time North Korea launched on November 29. The intercontinental ballistic missile “Hwanson-15” flew about 950 kilometers (reaching a maximum altitude of 4,475 kilometers) and fell into the Sea of Japan, 250 kilometers from Aomori Prefecture.
Such a missile is capable of hitting any target on the American continent, they said in Pyongyang.
