A leading rights group and an NGO are expressing alarm at the increasingly high civilian death toll at the hands of the US-led coalition in Syria.
Human Rights Watch says the coalition must be more transparent on its targeting decisions.
This amid reports the US administration has loosened its strike policy.
Meanwhile, the NGO known as Sound and Picture has said the coalition is not taking any precautions to avoid civilian causalities.
Sound and Picture, which has clandestine reporters in Daesh-controlled Raqqah, have warned the city could be freed from both the terror group as well as all its residents.
In recent weeks, a series of US-led air raids have killed hundreds of civilians across Syria.
