Creativity depends on physical activity, researchers found

UNITED STATES (VOP TODAY NEWS) — Physical activity helps a person to be more creative. This conclusion was made by scientists from the University of Würzburg in Germany based on the results of the study.

Three experiments involved 60 subjects, according to the website of the journal Psychological Research.

They all received a set of words with specific subjects. After that, they had to name the methods of their application.

Some of the volunteers could walk around the room, while the other had to sit at the computer. The brightest ideas were offered by those whose physical activity was not limited.

Earlier, Canadian scientists from the University of Calgary found out what deadly disease leads to sedentary work. They looked at health and lifestyle data from 143,000 adults.
