British Prime Minister Theresa Mae said on Thursday she believed London would remain a major global financial center after Britain pulled out of the European Union.
“I think City of London will remain a major global financial center,” Mai told a joint press conference with French President Emmanuel Macron, who is visiting Britain. This is an advantage not only in the interests of the UK, but in the interest of Europe and in the interest of the global financial system.”
