Amnesty urged Myanmar to stop rhetoric and violations against Rohingya Muslims

Amnesty International has urged Myanmar’s government to stop its rhetoric and violations against Rohingya Muslims. The Amnesty’s campaign coordinator for armed conflicts was speaking at a protest rally in Paris.

Protesters held banners describing the campaign against Rohingya Muslims as genocide and massacre.

Nina Walch also called on Myanmar’s leader Aung San Suu Kyi to publicly denounce the crackdown on the Muslim minority.
